They say location is everything, and I'd have to agree here. The place alone is in desperate need of an overhaul. Everything worked, it felt safe, and the location was awesome, but it surely's just within the ragged edge of falling apart, in general. I do not mean to complain way too much, but basically the windows were all really in need of replacement, as have been the doorways, the trim, much with the furnishings, and so forth.
